A fiscal sponsor is a nonprofit organization that provides fiduciary oversight, financial management, and other administrative services to help build the capacity of charitable projects. CHAW teaching artists are eligible to apply to CHAW (form) & (form instructions) as a fiscal sponsor for the purposes of grant writing and other support services.
CHAW offers bespoke workshops for outside organizations seeking arts programming as part of their strategic mission. We also offer opportunities for visiting artists to present specialized workshops in various media and techniques to a wider artistic community. Teaching artists interested in offering a workshop should submit a proposal form along with a resume and work sample.
